Trivia Night Every Saturday from 5-7pm Complimentary event! Join us for Trivia Night every Wednesday from 5-7pm! Gather your team of 6 and test your knowledge in a fun, complimentary event. First come, first serve seating in the bar and lounge. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team of each round. Flying solo or need teammates? No worries—just show up, and we'll help match you up. Come for the trivia, stay for the camaraderie! Registration not required.

Lift & Pump
Lift & Pump Mondays 9:00-10:15am | Movement Studio This routine pairs heavy weights with low repetitions, the perfect couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to burn body fat and sculpt your muscles. We use dumbbells, bands, balls, weighted bars, steps and your own body weight. We will work all major and minor muscle groups. Because you are in control of how heavy you want to lift and pump, this class is suited for all levels of exercisers.
