Yoga for Longevity with Yvonne Join us in these virtual classes as we experience the ancient wisdom and depth of Yoga, (to include posture, breath, sound, and mindfulness) and explore the seamless integration of yoga with the emerging Longevity Science on increasing Healthspan.
